Refund Eligibility

We at Test Maker Online, a service provided by Web Bull India, strive to provide a smooth experience. Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

• Duplicate Payment – If a technical issue causes duplicate charges
• Failed Transaction – If the payment is deducted but access was not granted
• Incorrect Deduction – If an incorrect amount was charged due to a system error

No refunds will be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Partial or non-usage of services
• Dissatisfaction with features or results
• Accidental purchases

Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests after 7 days will not be considered under any circumstances.
